1. Add support commands:
   -> Reserve(6) 16h, Release(6) 17h, Reserve(10) 56h, Release(10) 57h.
      If CDBs reserved bits = 0 then always return status good.
      If CDBs reserved bits = 1 then return sense key: 05/24/00.
 
2. Modify Inquiry EVPD Page 83H : Add scsi and ide speed information.
   offset 32 -> "5AH" (fixed value).
   offset 33 -> SCSI WIDTH (Bit0=1:WIDE, Bit0=0:NARROW).
   offset 34 -> SCSI SPEED (AxH:40, BxH:80, CxH:160).
   offset 35 -> IDE PRIMARY MASTER.
   offset 36 -> IDE PRIMARY SLAVE.
   offset 37 -> IDE SECONDARY MASTER.
   offset 38 -> IDE SECONDARY SLAVE.
   Note: Offset 35~38 : high nibble 4 bits to indicate PIO speed,
                        low nibble 4 bits to indicate UDMA speed.
         e.g: "45H" : PIO Mode 4, UDMA MODE 4 (ATA66).
              "47H" : PIO Mode 4, UDMA MODE 6 (ATA133).
